yesterday, i went to the moovies on my own and watched a film called breaking and entering.

i'd just like to say, how kind i thaught the people were who worked there, checking on me, and giving me audio described headphones so i knew what was going on

Yes these are the things i enjoy in England and that's why i am thinking very seriously living here after university. There are a lot of fasilities for blind and other disabled people in this country and i enjoy it.
I will miss my country but at least here i will have more oportunities.
I am glad you enjoyed the film.

In Cyprus things are not as good. One of my friends was saying that they didn't let her go in a theatre because she was on her own. Unbelievable.

My local movie theater that I usually go to should have something like this, but unfortunately, they don't. Damn them!

Aww. My fiance and I took my blind sybs to the movies and we asked for the headsets just to see how they worked. However, they didn't work at all. lol All we heard was static. It was very disappointing to say the least. Luckily, we were able to follow along with the movie so it was ok in the end. lol We got lost on our way out of the theater because it was our first time there but we miraculously found an exit. hehehehehe
